A custom designed costume is made to your measurements and presented to you "ready for performance". Our most elaborate costumes are fully decorated, and our pricing will depend on the complexity or the design and type of materials used. All custom costumes will be shipped between 10 - 14 weeks after your order is placed. A 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering. The remaining balance is due when your order is ready for shipment. Shipping, handling, and insurance charges can be added to your bill or C.O.D. No charges or cancellations will be permitted once your order is received. Since your costume is custom-made for you, no returns will be accepted.
Once you have selected a costume please follow the direction below. 1 - Complete the measurement page 2 - Mail or fax the completed measurement page and order form 3 - Once your order is received, we will call or e-mail you to verify your order. When everything is confirmed, we will contact you regarding the final cost of your costume. 4 - After you have received the cost of the costume, we require a 50% deposit. This may be made by credit card. The second payment and shipping costs are due when the costume is completed an ready for shipping.
How To Measure 1 - All measurements must be in inches. 2 - Do not self measure. This is so very important. Have someone help you. 3 - Stand in a natural pose. These are the tools that we use to make sure that your costume fits. 4 - We will do everything that we can to make sure that you get what you ordered. This is a team effort, but we need your help. You are buying our time and experience, but it is a waste of our time and your money if these measurements are off. We will not be held responsible for a tutu/costume not fitting if we get bad information. Please take the time to send us the right measurements and we all will be happy. |
